Before scheduling your first appointment we recommend calling your insurance provider directly and asking these questions to determine your benefits:

Out-of-Network Plans:
For all other insurance plans, CA FAMILY THERAPY is considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan you may be able to take advantage of your out-of-network benefits. Fees would be collected at the time of service and you can later submit a claim to your insurance company to take advantage of your out-of-network benefits. Your insurance company will mail you a check for the portion you are reimbursed for.
