Providing therapy is an honor that I hold with the utmost respect and care. It takes courage to reach out for help. I work hard to ensure that I make that process as positive and effective as I can.

My approach to therapy is one of positive regard, non-judgment and genuineness. I have a warm, welcoming and light presence. I consider being a part of my clients' journeys a privilege. I believe that given the right support we will move towards purposeful and self-directed living. We can shed the ways of being that no longer serve us. We can begin to live from a more congruent and authentic place. We can come to solve many of the troubles we currently face.

I received my Master's in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California. Licenses - LMFT#119232; LPCC#8741

I am an associate clinical social worker, with 10+ years of experience within the mental health services industry. My clinical experience has focused primarily on helping individuals in the adolescent to young adult age, with more recent work being conducted in middle aged adults.

I have a strong trauma-informed approach when working with my clients. As a therapist, it is my goal to help validate, create a safe environment, and help understand aspects of lived experiences.

My extensive clinical training includes working with children, teenagers, and adults, with an array of mental health challenges. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, contingent on the clients individualized needs.

My style is based on a relational, empowerment-driven, collaborative approach. I am passionate about helping clients find their inner strength in hopes of increasing self-awareness, self- empowerment, and self-determination.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's Degree from Antioch University. I am trained in psychodynamic, client-centered, and spiritual and depth psychology.

I believe the therapeutic relationship can be used to develop insight into patterns of interaction and connection to self and others. My hope is that I can assist and guide clients to develop internal trust and to live a joyful and autonomous life. In session, I can also provide practical coping skills which can be practiced in stressful situations. If clients are so inclined, I am happy to use spiritual tools such as astrology and divination tools to dive deep into the psyche. I strongly feel that a non-judgmental and authentic stance can help support clients to feel more relaxed and present in their lives and help clients truly listen to their intuition to make life choices which are aligned with their values.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy time with my pets, hiking in the mountains with my dog Nirvana, spending quality and healing time with horses, and expressing creativity through drawing.

My approach to therapy is empowering and grounded in person-centered and humanistic principles, which allows me to create a safe and nurturing environment where my clients feel heard, valued, and supported.

As a trauma-informed and multiculturally aware therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome interpersonal abuse and trauma-related issues, often leading to anxiety, depression, and shame. You do not have to continue feeling this way. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing. Through therapy, clients can learn to feel safe in their bodies, achieve healthy relationships, and develop a more positive outlook on life.

I work with individuals of all ages and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan. I am incredibly passionate about supporting teens and young adults and have experience helping individuals overcome distressing experiences such as sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, religious abuse, narcissistic abuse, and other trauma-related issues. Through strength-based and compassion-focused therapies, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy, I help my clients build resilience and learn coping skills that can be used throughout their lives.
